What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is a remote employee who offers administrative support for you and your business. They can do tasks that an executive assistant would typically handle, such as general administration, arranging travel, social media or
organising emails.

What timezone and what hours are you available?

My preferred hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am to 4pm (AWST) but I am flexible.

What are your payment terms?

Payments are made prior to work commencing by direct deposit into my bank account.

Can unused hours be extended past the 3 months?

Unfortunately, hours cannot be rolled over, they must be used within the 3 months from the date of purchase.
